The Patent Gate portal programme can also be used to create customized and automatic reports. The portal programme automatically generates a report for each entry and exit, patrol to be completed and handover of shift.
Customized and special report types can be set up according to the Client’s individual needs. The content of the individual reports can be defined by the Client and can be continuously modified.
GPS-based location can be set for reports. With this solution, it is possible to have the portal programme record the location where certain reports were made and place it on a virtual map. In this way, focus points can be set up, for example for accident reports, helping to define preventive measures.
For reports, simple search filters can be used to easily search for reports of a certain type or produced at a certain time period. In addition, the portal programme is able to filter for words and phrases picked out of the text of thousands of reports, making retrieval easier.
The report creation function of the Patent Gate portal programme provides a smooth transition between different platforms. A report started on one device can be continued or modified on another device by the person who created it without any difficulty, making the administration more smooth.
