One of the main core functions of the Patent Gate portal programme is to manage the entries and exits of a site and to record the related information and events. The entries and exits can be done from a computer or even from a smartphone.

The software makes it easy to monitor movements in and out of the site. Retrieval is greatly aided by the search filters used in the software.

Thanks to the Internet-based solution, up-to-date data can be accessed remotely and the necessary configurations can be done remotely. In the Patent Gate portal programme, the information to be filled in by the staff performing the access can be tailored to individual needs.

The entire check-in process is done in a simple but precise way. In the software, the operator can use a variety of solutions for implementing access control. The data required for entering a person and/or vehicle can be recorded at the time of entry. Once the data has been recorded, the software will remember the person and the vehicle, making it easier to implement the process the next time they are to be entered. In addition, access can also be based on pre-registered data – time reservations, even using a QR code identification solution. A further access option is RFID access, for which it is essential to have the RFID identifier and its owner pre-recorded in the software.

The Patent Gate portal programme remembers entries to the site and continuously checks and updates the status of persons and vehicles on the site. This allows the management staff to easily implement the process at the time of exit.

The software automatically produces a report of every entry and exit, saving time and effort in case of an audit, making it easier to retrieve and increasing efficiency.
