The Patent Gate portal programme has an advanced appointment reservation module. In the portal program, appointments can be scheduled easily and smoothly, helping both the host and the staff responsible for access. Several complex logistical processes can be easily implemented in the Patent Gate portal programme.
The appointment reservation module also allows you to schedule appointments for guests – visitors, suppliers and service providers. The right to schedule appointments can be linked to an authorisation according to the Client’s specific needs.
Registration of guests arriving on site can be done in a convenient and simple way. Pre-registered guests can even be entered via QR code identification.
The Client’s partners, cargo suppliers and freight forwarders can also be registered for a given site on an individual request. Appointments for transportation of goods and services can be scheduled in the system’s service provider and supplier calendars. Pre-defined appointment reservation rules allow for an accurate and efficient way to enter and ramp arrivals and vehicles. Logistics activities can be optimised by using the portal programme correctly.
Registering supplier partners is a simple process. Once registered, the supplier or service partner can even schedule an appointment for themselves, based on the appointment reservation rules at the site.
