With the Patent Gate portal programme, shift handovers between guards can be implemented quickly, easily and in a user-friendly way, in a completely digital, paperless way. Shift handovers that have already taken place can be easily retrieved.

The guards complete their daily handover tasks via the app. Guarding orders can be set up for the shifts according to the Client’s needs. Relevant information for the given period can be recorded during the shift handover process.

The correct shift handover, as well as checking that the number of guards currently required is correct, can also be easily done via the dedicated interface in the Patent Gate portal programme.
