The Patent Gate portal programme provides a modern solution for the implementation of security patrolling. With the help of the portal programme, not only patrols can be implemented in a simple way, but also their monitoring can be done at a satisfactory level.
The patrols, patrolling rules and incident types can be customised according to the Customer’s specific needs. The system can be configured to set up several types of patrols at different times.
Once the checkpoints to be checked by the security staff have been defined, they can be installed on the site. This is followed by the setup of patrol rules.
Security staff can complete patrols via a smartphone app. The app sends notifications of the next patrol to be completed. Incidents and events detected during patrols can be easily recorded in the app.
A report is automatically made of each patrol. The portal programme automatically records how many checkpoints were read in a given patrol, which guard completed the patrol and the time taken to complete the patrol. The recorded information can be accessed remotely via the portal programme.
