The Patent Gate portal programme also offers an optimal solution for the logistics processes of calling trucks and lorries to the site. The synchronisation of site access and logistics processes can be easily implemented in the portal programme.
Delivery vehicles arriving at a pre-booked time can be placed in a waiting status. When it is time to call in the delivery vehicle, the driver of the vehicle, with the intervention of the person responsible for logistics, can receive a message from the portal programme to enter the site and exactly where to go for loading.
Both entry and ramp-up can be done quickly and in multiple languages with the Patent Gate portal programme. Retrievability is enhanced by the fact that the system automatically records each event, making the verification process easier.
