The Patent Gate portal programme provides a reliable solution for managing door and vehicle keys on the site. With pre-registered identification tools in the software, key management can be effectively implemented, after the appropriate authorisations have been assigned.

Keys must be provided with identification tools. Once registered in the portal programme, the rights and the scope of key users can be defined.

People who are authorised to pick up keys can quickly and easily pick up and drop off the key they need. In the Patent Gate portal programme, key holders can reserve keys in advance: they can specify which key they want to pick up and for how long they will hold it.

The portal programme also simplifies the key management process and provides up-to-date information on the status of keys on the site. If a key is lost, it is easy to retrieve its previous movement history in the software.
