Each device will be equipped with an NFC identifier, which will help with subsequent identification and will be used for verification and error ticket reporting via any smartphone.
The system provides a unique inspection frequency for each device. The current inspection is notified to the inspector via multiple channels, so it will never be forgotten. If an inspection is missed due to human error, the pre-defined leader can also receive feedback.
Any non-conformities found during inspections can be recorded via an app, which immediately generates an error ticket for either internal staff or external subcontractors. The error tickets can be assigned a status to help with subsequent administration.
The devices can be assigned to a predefined subcontractor who will be responsible for managing the error tickets. Mandatory response times can be predefined, depending on the level of the failure. An operational log can be generated from the inspections and repairs that have been done, making the history of the device transparent.
